KEY Insurance Group knows that you may have many concerns and questions about the claim process. Please be aware that your claim has been referred to your insurance carrier's claim department. A claim representative will contact you within 24 hours of filing the claim. This person will assist you with all aspects of your claim including policy coverage’s, deductibles, repair, and additional matters that may arise.

If you have further questions, or if you have not heard from a claim representative within 48 hours of filing your claim, please do not hesitate to contact our office.
